About the role:
We’re seeking Project Engineers for multiple opportunities with well-established civil contractors delivering urban development projects across South East Queensland. From subdivision civil works to complex urban civil infrastructure, these businesses have built strong reputations for delivering high-quality projects with a collaborative, supportive culture.
You’ll play a key role in managing the delivery of these projects, ensuring they run on time, on budget, and to a high standard of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Track and report on project costs, revenue, and productivity
• Assist in preparing site construction forecasts and reports
• Manage subcontractors, supervisors, trades, and technicians
• Mentor and develop direct reports, providing coaching and performance reviews
• Oversee WHS, quality, and environmental compliance, including preparing SWMS
• Contribute to budget and forecast development and management

About you:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Experience delivering urban development/subdivision projects
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. Microsoft Suite, Viewpoint, scheduling tools)
• Solid understanding of WHS, environmental and quality standards
• Strong budget, forecasting, and reporting skills
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment
