An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Property Manager to step into a well-structured role with a long-standing and reputable agency. This position offers the rare combination of a clean, well-maintained portfolio, genuine flexibility, and supportive leadership.

You will be responsible for overseeing an established portfolio of 85 properties, with the support of a Junior Property Manager handling day-to-day tenant liaison. This allows you to focus on higher-level portfolio management, client relationships, and the potential to contribute to business development as the rent roll grows.

The Role

Manage a clean, established portfolio of 85 properties

Oversee all aspects of portfolio management, including landlord communication, lease renewals, inspections, and compliance

Supported by a Junior PM for tenant liaison and routine administration tasks

Option to work a 4-day week (managing the existing portfolio) or a 5-day week with one day dedicated to BDM activities

Work closely with hands-on principals who are actively involved in the business and committed to staff support

Salary: $80K – $90K + Super

About You

Current REIQ Licence is essential

Demonstrated experience in residential property management at a senior level

Strong knowledge of PropertyMe

Highly organised, able to work autonomously with attention to detail

Previous Business Development experience will be highly regarded
