Armour Homes is looking for an experienced Scheduler with a minimum of 2 years in the Perth residential construction industry. This is a hands-on role central to keeping our builds on track.
The Role:
You'll be the linchpin between our office, site supervisors, and our network of trades and suppliers. Your core focus will be on procurement and scheduling to ensure seamless project flow.
Your Key Skills & Experience:
Must have 2+ years in a scheduling or construction admin role within Perth residential building.
Proven ability to manage supplier & subcontractor orders from start to finish.
A strong understanding of the residential construction process and timelines.
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Beams is a bonus.
Top-tier organisational and communication skills.
A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
