As our business expands, we are looking to bring on and develop top talent. Consequently, we are seeking an experienced Scheduler to drive new business in the booming solar industry!

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer or related field is preferred.

1-3 years of experience in a scheduling or customer service role.

Strong technical knowledge and experience with a range of products, services, and technologies.

Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritise the workload.

Excellent planning mindset.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management systems and databases.

Ability to work independently to make decisions and solve problems

Experience in solar systems is preferred but not required

Tasks & responsibilities

Follow up on all the approvals required for each job.

Ensure rebates are completed and approved as well as Finance applications before proceeding with bookings.

Coordinating the daily schedules for installers.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and provide clear and concise explanations of technical issues.

Document customer interactions in our database, including details of technical issues, solutions provided, and customer information.

Keep up-to-date with new products, services, and technologies, and attend training sessions as needed.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times, and provide excellent customer service to all customers and installers.

Follow established policies and procedures, and comply with all regulations and standards.

Monitoring the progress of schedules, making changes and adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency.
