About the Business:

We are a small but growing Western Australian business specialising in electrical testing & tagging, thermal imaging, and fire equipment servicing. We pride ourselves on our great team culture, where hard work and commitment are recognised and rewarded.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate the daily operations of our 7-10 technicians. · Prepare accurate job cards with site-specific details including arrival timeframes, site contacts, estimated assets, PPE, and safety requirements.

· Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external legislation.

· Contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

· Provide administrative support to other areas of the business as required, in alignment with company procedures.

· Look for opportunities to improve how we schedule and deliver work.

Requirements:

· Demonstrated experience in scheduling, coordination, or administration (field-service environment desirable).

· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ServiceM8 or similar field service software is a bonus but not essential.

· Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Understanding of WHS, quality, and compliance practices desirable.

· Current Australian driver’s licence.

· Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

· Medical clearances may be required to confirm fitness for work.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Sound knowledge of the Perth Metropolitan Area

· Looking for long term employment
