You’ll be joining a well established and loyal team where your work is genuinely appreciated, and where there’s room for flexibility and growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and coordinating schedules for residential construction projects (single and double storey homes aswell as developments)
• Preparing procurement schedules, take offs, and materials lists
• Liaising with site supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors to keep timelines on track
• Proactively identifying potential delays/issues and solving them early
• Helping to improve scheduling processes for efficiency and consistency

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in project or custom homes within residential construction
• Good knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and construction methods
• Strong communicator, happy working in a team oriented, family culture
• Comfortable with scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools
