🔧 What You’ll Do

Manage and schedule daily jobs for our Perth plumbing crew

Liaise with clients to confirm bookings, provide updates, and deliver great service

Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and management to keep jobs flowing

Monitor progress and adjust schedules in real-time to maintain efficiency

Support the office team with administration and customer service as required

💪 What You’ll Bring

Previous scheduling, dispatch, or rostering experience (trade or service industry preferred)

Excellent time-management and the ability to stay cool under pressure

Confident communicator with a professional phone manner

Experience using job management software preferred (Ascora, SimPRO, or similar)
