Eastview Advisory is looking for a commercial property gun - someone with at least 2 years in the game, who’s ready to go all-in and get paid accordingly. This is a commission-only position with generous splits and zero income cap. You eat what you hunt. And if you’re any good, you’ll eat well.

We’re not building a team of order-takers. We’re building a team of deal-makers.

You’ll work side-by-side with me, Simon Borham. I’m the founder of Eastview. I cut my teeth in commercial deals across Australia, NZ and Singapore. I’ve got a Master’s in Property Development and built this firm to give private investors the same edge the big institutions get - no fluff, no guesswork, just bulletproof commercial strategy and results.

This is your chance to learn exactly how we find the deal, pressure test it, negotiate it, and get it settled. Every step. No gatekeeping.

You’ll be responsible for:

Sourcing and securing deals through agent relationships and proactive prospecting

Running clients through our end-to-end acquisition process (search, inspect, due diligence, present)

Knowing the numbers, not just the listings - market trends, yields, pricing, risk profiles

Owning outcomes, not pointing fingers

What we care about:

You’ve got runs on the board in commercial real estate (2+ years minimum). You’re sharp, self-driven, and don’t need a boss breathing down your neck. You move fast, speak straight, and know your worth. Bonus points if you’ve got a property degree, but attitude matters more.
