As we expand our NSW operations, we’re seeking a motivated Estimator / Mechanical Engineer to join our Sydney team. The Role

As an Estimator / Mechanical Engineer, you’ll play an integral role in both the design and delivery of HVAC projects — balancing technical expertise with creative problem-solving. Your work will span concept design, estimation, documentation, and collaboration with architects, builders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and estimate HVAC system designs using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Provide accurate material and labour take-offs, tender submissions, and cost analysis.

Liaise with clients, architects, builders, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and design intent.

Undertake site visits for measurements, inspections, and verification of scope.

Integrate sustainability and energy efficiency principles into all design considerations.

Maintain compliance with AS/NZS 3666, AS 1668, and NCC Section J.

Support project management activities and design reviews as projects progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, systems, and controls.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a solutions-driven mindset.
