What you'll be doing

• Delivering mechanical and HVAC designs across major projects.
• Leading from the front with technical guidance and mentoring.
• Ensuring compliance, buildability, and design excellence.
• Collaborating with clients, project managers, and delivery teams to drive outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years' experience in mechanical and HVAC design engineering.
• Exposure to large-scale projects in commercial, healthcare, or defence.
• A natural leader with the ability to mentor and inspire.
• Australian Citizenship or PR only (mandatory).
• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering; CPEng highly regarded.
