Nebula Electricals is expanding our Construction and High Voltage Projects Division, and we’re seeking an experienced Electrical Field / Project Supervisor to take charge of site operations, lead skilled teams, and deliver quality outcomes on every project.

You’ll oversee day-to-day field activity, ensuring that safety, quality, and deadlines are all met — while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for a confident, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and takes pride in seeing work completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate field and construction teams on electrical and HV projects.

Coordinate resources, materials, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Act as the primary contact for clients and project stakeholders.

Identify and resolve technical or logistical challenges quickly and effectively.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to drive successful outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

Trade qualification or equivalent experience in electrical or HV works.

Proven leadership experience in construction, maintenance, or project supervision.

Strong communication and coordination skills with a focus on safety and quality.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.

Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).

Good to Haves

Forklift licence (LF/LO)

Rigger’s licence (Basic/Intermediate/Advanced as applicable)

HR (Heavy Rigid) vehicle licence

Boom-type Elevated Work Platform licence (over 11 metres)

Confined Space and Working at Heights certification

First Aid / CPR certification

HV Switching Ticket or experience with HV commissioning

Civil. ASP 1/2 Experience

Switchyard Construction experience

Experience using site management or safety software systems (e.g. Procore, Aconex, or similar)
