The Role:

Elam are seeking both electricians and data/communication technicians to commence employment at Sydney immediately. You will undertake a variety of Electrical/data works on small to large commercial projects. Majority of work is Sydney based and leading hand experience will be an advantage.

A stocked company vehicle & Phone will be supplied.

Responsibilities will include:

Strong experience in commercial Electrical and Communications projects

Be able to work & manage small to medium jobs with apprentices under the support of a Project Manager.

Ensuring WHS compliance

Sourcing and ordering materials

Problem solving in electrical and data

Liaising with clients, employees and subcontractors

Be committed and self-motivated, with good communication and organisational skills

Good working knowledge of current electrical and data standards and regulations

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to apprentices

Provide accurate records and documentation for projects

Identification and repair of electrical and data faults

Be able to work out of & Maintain a neat stocked company vehicle

To be successful in your application for this role, you will require

Qualified NSW Electrician/data tech.

Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and site supervisors.

Strong ability to read plans schematics

White card.

Hold a current Australian driver's license

EWP license under or over 11m and working at heights will be a benefit
