Must haves:

A Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence

A Current NSW drivers licence with access to a clean and reliable car

Sales experience preferred but not necessary

Approachable and sociable

Well presented and great communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Good team player, high energy levels, can do attitude

Living in the Hills district and familiar with Dural and surrounding areas is desirable

Real estate experience is a bonus, but not needed

Daily lead generation

Door knocking

Assist with the sales process

Letterbox drops

Help with open homes and property inspections

Buyer enquiry and management

Marketing tasks

Administration

Ongoing Training

You'll need to be able to work in a team environment and be able to interact with a variety of people including co-workers, sellers, purchasers, solicitors and tradespeople.
