About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, ambitious professional to step into a Partner Relations / Business Development role. You’ll work Monday to Friday in Chatswood, building and managing referral relationships with property professionals — without the late nights and weekend work.

What You’ll Do

Build and grow relationships with referral partners (real estate agents, buyer’s agents, property professionals).

Prospect and develop new business opportunities.

Represent the business at industry events, meetings, and conferences.

Communicate value to partners and make their transactions smoother and more profitable.

Use CRM and data insights to identify new growth opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship management.

Experience in real estate sales highly regarded.

A confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and trust.

Tech-savviness with CRM systems (Zoho experience a plus).
