Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional end-to-end customer service

• A proven ability to build strong client relationships

• A proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets

• Prospecting – hot, warm and cold calls

• Market Appraisals

• Listing, selling & following through Real Estate sales

• Strong negotiation skills

• An understanding of both local and national real estate markets

• Knowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry

About You

• Holds a Current Real Estate License

• Has a Driver’s License and presentable, reliable vehicle

• First class customer service and communication skills

• Resilient & hungry to succeed

• Impeccable professional presentation

• Strong work ethic

• A love for the hustle

• A positive & coachable ‘can do’ attitude

• A willingness to follow instructions/recommendations

• The ability to self-regulate and to deliver on KPI’s
