The Role:
As our Dining Experience Manager, you will be the driving force behind our guests' dining journey. You will oversee daily operations, lead and inspire your team, and ensure that service standards consistently exceed expectations. This is more than management – it's about creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.

Develop and maintain high service standards, ensuring consistency across all dining areas.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless dining experiences.

Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.

Manage staff schedules, rosters, and performance reviews.

Oversee compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Drive initiatives to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat business.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in fine dining or premium casual settings.

Minimum 1-2 years of hospitality Management experience required

Experience with full table Service.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.

Knowledge of hospitality systems (Seven rooms preferred but not essential) POS, and Rostering software.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
