With a newly renovated cocktail lounge, large café and bistro, we're seeking a hands-on Dining & Beverage Manager to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

What you'll do:

Oversee daily operations across Café, Bistro and Lounge Seventy Two

Lead and mentor a passionate FOH team

Drive service excellence and consistency in guest experience

Manage rosters, budgets, and compliance requirements

Work directly with the Executive Manager of Hospitality

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Restaurant, Dining or F&B Manager in a busy venue

Minimum 5+ years of Restaurant, Dining or F&B Manager experience required

Strong people management and communication skills

Passion for hospitality, service, and innovation

Solid financial and operational knowledge

Current RSA, RSG and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
