Location: Sydney CBD

Employment Type: Ongoing full-time

Salary: Clerk Grade 5/6 from $99,938 to $110,271 per annum.

Your role

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) provides specialist Tribunal services with a simple, quick and effective process for resolving disputes and reviewing administrative decisions. The types of cases dealt with by NCAT are broad and diverse. These range from tenancy issues and building works, to decisions on guardianship and administrative review of government decisions.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Consumer and Commercial Division of the Tribunal.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for leading a small team in the delivery of quality services in a high-volume legal environment.

You will also

  • Monitor and allocate workflows to ensure service standards are met.
  • Provide information to clients face to face, by phone or in writing.
  • Initiate and monitor case management activities, especially in relation to more complex matters.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in identifying client needs in a high volume, frontline operational environment
