About the Opportunity
The Team Leader position is an integral part of administrative services management within the MLHD Patient Flow Unit and is responsible to the MLHD Patient Flow Manager.
This position will ensure that frontline administrative staff are delivering high quality administrative services in a customer focused manner and in accordance with MLHD policies.

About You
You are a confident and capable administrative professional who thrives in a high-pressure environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. You bring:
- Proven experience managing administrative services, roles, and functions, and managing human and material resources within approved budgets.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced skills in using digital telehealth platforms, mainstream clinical software, and database management systems.
- A current Class C driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the health service as required.
