About the role
REROC is seeking an experienced, organised Administration Officer to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. In this full-time role, you are an energised all-rounder who will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy office and the delivery of successful regional events.
What you'll be doing
Manage a variety of administrative duties including reception, data entry, correspondence, day-to-day functions of the office.
Provide administrative and general support to the CEO and Project staff.
Provide high-quality customer service to all stakeholders.
Assist with the coordination of in-person and online meetings, conferences, and events.
Developing marketing and promotional resources, including social media content.
Maintain and update records, databases and financial transactions.
Support the REROC Board and team with other administrative tasks as required.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience in an Administration role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Skilled in using modern technology and associated software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and other programs such as Social Media platforms, MYOB, Canva.
Adaptable and flexible approach to accommodate changing priorities.
Event coordination experience would be an advantage.
Hold a valid Drivers’ License with a clear driving record and reliable transport.
Provide OR be willing to provide Working with Children Check clearance under the Child Protection Working with Children Act 2012: See link: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-for-a-working-with-children-check
