Your Role as a Concierge/Receptionist: As a key member of our Reception Team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every patient receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a keen eye for detail and thrives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. Your day-to-day will include:

Greet and welcome all patients and guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.

Deliver a consistent 5-star standard of service across all patients and guest interactions

Open doors/Elevator and assist guests or visitors entering and leaving the practice.

Proactively anticipate patient needs and offer assistance before being asked.

Completing handovers to dentists and oral health therapists

Assist patients with forms

Scheduling and coordinating future appointments

Following up on non-scheduled appointments and managing patient recalls

Conducting patient care follow-ups

Answering patient inquiries and providing guidance

Stay informed about the practice's offerings, special events, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to patients.

Provide refreshments for patients and guests

What You’ll Need:

High School Certificate or equivalent

Experience in hospitality, retail, admin, or customer service (dental experience is a plus but not essential!)
