About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Merlot Residential Australia as an experienced Receptionist. In this full-time role based in Southport, Queensland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the broader organisation.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Managing appointment scheduling and calendars

Providing general office administration and clerical support

Ordering and maintaining office supplies

Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the real estate or property management industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders

Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment

A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
