Are you a friendly, organized individual with an eye for detail and a passion for client service? Walshs Practice is looking for a Front of House Receptionist who will also play a key role in providing marketing support to enhance our client experience. In this dynamic position, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, help with administrative tasks, and contribute to our marketing efforts to maintain and grow the Walshs brand.

What you will do:

Answer inbound calls, manage emails, greet clients, and ensure their experience is welcoming and seamless. Organize coffee, refreshments, and meeting spaces.

Coordinate meeting bookings, send reminders, and assist with preparing client materials for meetings.

Handle mail (collecting, scanning, posting), keep the kitchen stocked and tidy, and assist with office supplies.

Assist with administrative tasks across the team, support firm referrals, and manage client expectations.

Help execute marketing initiatives, including content preparation, social media updates, event coordination, and keeping marketing materials up to date.

Be flexible and assist with any tasks to ensure smooth office operations and enhance the client experience.

What you need:

Secondary education is required

Previous reception or client-facing experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.

Proficiency in technology and intermediate computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong time-management, and multitasking abilities.

A positive, friendly, and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on a variety of tasks.

Knowledge of the accounting and financial planning industry is helpful, but not required.
