UWin Cars is excited to be investing in significant growth to elevate our customer experience and set new standards in the industry. As we prepare for moving to an exciting purpose-built premises, we are seeking an experienced Finance professional to join our team for this new role.

This position offers flexibility and can be shaped to suit the right candidate — whether you're an experienced Financial Controller ready to lead strategic financial operations, or a capable Accountant looking to grow into a broader role.

About us

Located on Brisbane's Southside, UWin Cars has been a prominent and well trusted used car dealership for over 20 years. We offer an extensive range of quality late model vehicles that are unique and highly desirable. We have a full sales team, our own detailing and mechanical departments as a dedicated admin team. As we expand we are looking for someone that can support our operations and help us stay at the top of the pack financially.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking the lead on financial operations of the company and its associated entities

Timely & accurate bank reconciliations

Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Super (or co-ordinate with external accountants)

Prepare reports for management team

Oversee weekly payroll run

Oversee a number of investment properties

Support system improvements and financial processes

About you

Automotive dealership experience is highly regarded, but not essential

Proficient in Xero, with the ability to adapt to other systems

You enjoy the challenge of implementing new systems and improving financial performance

Ideally CPA / CA qualified

Strong attention to detail with ability to work as part of a team or independently
