The Company

Our client is a highly successful global organisation with a 100 year rich history of business. With over 1000 offices internationally, they are continuing to aspire to grow. They are now looking to appoint a Financial/Management Accountant to be based in their Head Office in Brisbane's CBD.

The Role

Reporting directly to a mentoring Senior Accountant, this varied role will look after the accounting for the assigned divisions. Key responsibilities include:

• Month end processes
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with monthly management reporting
• Variance analysis
• General ledger reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Fixed asset register maintenance
• Bank reconciliations
• Taxation compliance

The Person

With a background in a similar role, the successful candidate with also possess:

• CA/CPA qualification or studying towards
• Experience in either a commercial or chartered and commercial environment
• Strong Excel skills and experience with systems
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience
