Ensure tasks are delegated effectively while maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
Systems & Process Improvement:
Maintain and enhance our Xero accounting system and Excel models (advanced skills essential).
Identify opportunities to improve processes and internal controls.

Strong general‑ledger knowledge and the ability to produce management reports and analysis.
Advanced Xero and Excel skills - you must be comfortable working with data and building models.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial information to non‑financial colleagues.
A proactive, flexible approach - you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and solving problems.
Experience supervising or mentoring small teams is highly regarded.
Why Join Us?
Flexibility: Full‑time hours are ideal, but we are open to permanent part‑time or flexible schedules for the right candidate. School‑hour or hybrid work arrangements can be discussed.
