About the role:

Step into a Monday to Friday role supporting a hotel brokerage team. You'll manage the behind the scenes of each sales campaign, from crafting pitch documents to launching digital and print marketing campaigns. Plus, you’ll keep the team on track by assisting with admin tasks, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly.

• Preparing marketing budgets and client invoices
• Create marketing collateral using InDesign
• Draft agency agreements and vendor reports
• Collate due diligence packs via Dropbox
• Update contacts in CRM and set up new listings
• Manage social media for sales campaigns and agents
• Process expenses and a small amount of diary management
• Prepare proposals, information memorandums

Experience required:

• Strong attention to detail and writing skills
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Experience using InDesign essential
• Previous property marketing experience essential
• Confident with LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage a team of agents and deadlines
