Assistant Account Executive – Warragul

Elders Insurance operating for over one hundred years, is one of Australia’s largest Insurance services and operates an agency network distributing general insurance products to Metropolitan, Regional and Rural clients.

Greenwald Pty Ltd is the Elders Insurance Agency in Warragul where we have a vacancy for an Assistant Account Executive.

This role provides office-based support to our Agency including the following responsibilities:

High level of customer focus in providing exceptional customer service to our clients including review and revision of covers

Assist our Agency in the quoting, processing of insurance policies, endorsements, renewals

Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance guidelines, regulatory requirements and company policy and procedures

General office administration including telephone enquiries and credit Control

Provide support to our Claims team when required

Opportunities exist to be trained in other areas of the business including Claims and Sales.

Qualifications and Experience

Tier 2 in General Insurance

Police/ASIC clearance

High Level of general computer skills

Experience in General Insurance (highly preferred but not essential)
