• Manage a portfolio of SME clients, handling renewals, endorsements & client queries
• Liaising with underwriters to deliver the best solutions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring outstanding client service with full admin support

• Experienced working as an insurance broker
• Tier 1 qualified (or working towards it)
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
