Primary Responsibilities

· Prepare and issue purchase orders to established, approved suppliers.

· Ensure order accuracy, follow up on confirmations and lead times.

· Manage logistics and customs clearance documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).

· Coordinate with freight forwarders and ensure smooth customs clearance.

· Work closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to plan and adjust purchase schedules.

· Enter purchase orders and supplier details into the ERP system and reconcile data.

Key Skills & Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

· Excellent Excel and analytical skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).

· Experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Previous experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
