Tee-Zed Products is a privately owned import/export and wholesale company based in Bondi Junction, that has been marketing innovative children’s products since 1983. Tee-Zed’s core brand, Dreambaby®, is Internationally recognized and is distributed to more than 100 countries. We are Australian owned and growing rapidly with offices now in U.S.A, U.K and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Raise and manage purchase orders and sales orders

Placing orders with factories, tracking progress to ensure timely deliveries

Deal with customer and supplier enquiries

Ensure supplier database is up to date

Organise and coordinate freight between locations in various regions

Ensure stocks are correctly entered and maintained on the ERP system

Coordinate consolidation between factories

Checking shipping and invoicing documentation

Requesting shipping quotes

Assist the Finance Officer with Accounts Payable transactions

Filing and archiving of all records in a confidential and secure manner

Follow up on credits

About You:

Able to communicate with Chinese manufacturers is essential (Mandarin & Cantonese required)

Fluent English writing and speaking skills

Demonstrated experience in a similar role for a global organisation

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively respond to new and dynamic situations and circumstances

Ability to build sound working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated experience with an ERP system such as MS Dynamics AX

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
