About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Store and Procurement Coordinator to join the team at Barrenjoey Locksmiths and Alarms in our Brookvale site/
This full-time role is a key position that ensures our locksmith and security teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing stock, handling procurement tasks, coordinating workshop activity, and supporting our in-shop sales and service team.
Experience in locksmithing or the security industry is highly regarded.
What You’ll Be Doing
Receive and organise incoming deliveries, hardware, and materials
Coordinate stock levels and job kits for field technicians
Liaise with suppliers and manage purchase orders
Monitor and maintain inventory to meet daily job demand
Keep the workshop clean, organised, and running smoothly
Provide in-shop support for customer enquiries and basic service tasks
Work closely with the team to ensure jobs are resourced accurately and efficiently
Maintain records of inventory, deliveries, and procurement activity
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in a stores, procurement, or workshop support role
SLED licence (or willingness to obtain one)
Experience in locksmithing, trades, or mechanical environments preferred
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Confident communicator with a team-focused mindset
Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
Proficiency with basic IT systems and inventory management tools
Ability to multitask and manage priorities between workshop and customer service
