About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and organised Sales Lead Coordinator to join our National Support Office in Hawthorn, Victoria on a 9-month contract.
In this role, you’ll be the key connection between our national advertising campaigns and our retail network, managing and nurturing inbound leads for our pool and spa services.
You’ll qualify and direct leads to the right stores, track their progress, and help ensure every opportunity turns into a sale.

What You’ll Do
Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound sales and service enquiries.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with the right solution.
Assign and schedule service jobs across our store network.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records of all leads and follow-up activity.
Track lead progress through to completion, ensuring a seamless handover to stores.
Provide regular lead conversion and sales reporting to internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in retail, trade services, or customer-facing environments (highly regarded).
Proven ability to manage inbound sales leads with professionalism and efficiency.
Confident, friendly phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM or sales tracking systems.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and resilient, with strong time management.
A proactive mindset, you take initiative and see opportunities, not obstacles.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
