Key Accounts Sales Support – Entry Level

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Key Accounts Sales Support team member to join our Head Office in Rosehill. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to build a career in sales and customer account management within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our Key Accounts Sales Team, supporting the day-to-day management of some of PAC Trading’s biggest brand customers. You’ll assist with:

Preparing quotes, tenders, samples and product information packs

Coordinating with Procurement, Supply Chain and Marketing teams

Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues with accuracy and care

Maintaining customer data and order records

Providing proactive communication to ensure every customer receives the exceptional service they expect and deserve

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn

A great communicator who enjoys solving problems

Comfortable working with data, systems and multiple stakeholders

Professional, positive and thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment

Ideally experienced in customer service, administration or sales support (but not essential – full training provided!)
