About the Role

You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC machinery and edge banding equipment to produce custom joinery and cabinetry components with precision and efficiency.
This role suits someone who’s organised, detail-focused, and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CNC and edge banding machines

Read and interpret detailed joinery drawings and cut lists

Ensure all components meet quality and accuracy standards

Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CNC and edge bander machines (Biesse, Holzher, or similar)

Strong understanding of cabinetry production and materials

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Forklift licence or relevant machinery experience (advantage but not essential)
