Our client is a privately owned Australian manufacturing business that has been a trusted supplier of high-quality agricultural components for decades. Operating from a well-equipped facility in Carole Park, Brisbane, the company is known for its strong focus on quality, safety, and operational discipline.

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Production Machine Operators for a permanent full-time role. This is a hands-on position involving the operation and basic maintenance of a variety of mechanical production equipment. You’ll join a stable and supportive team with a strong track record of long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a range of machinery and equipment including (Presses, furnaces, grinders, welders, cutters, paint line, packing equipment)

Load/unload products and assist with stacking product

Monitor product quality and report any faults

Record production output accurately

Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Machine operating experience (or similar mechanical/production skills)

Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Proven reliability and strong work ethic

Safety-focused with good communication skills

Day shift roster with early finish Fridays:
6:30am – 3:00pm (Mon–Thurs)
6:30am – 12:30pm (Fridays)

Overtime opportunities during production peaks

Weekly pay - $34.70 p/hour plus superannuation (12%)

PPE and uniforms provided after probation
