As a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and ensuring production targets are met efficiently. We’re looking for team players with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

What We Offer

Average day shift pay rate with allowances is $34-$35 per hour

Shift loadings:

Afternoon shift: +15%

Night shift: +20%

Permanent night shift: +30%

Earn more with nationally recognised qualifications:

Certificate III in Polymer Processing and Injection Moulding

Certificate III in Industrial Automation and Control

Additional allowance opportunities available for:

Gantry crane licence

Forklift licence

Acting as Team Leader or Supervisor

First Aid Certificate
