Our client is a highly established residential builder delivering turn-key investment properties across Brisbane.

Known for their integrity, hands-on approach and strong client relationships, their project pipeline continues to grow and are now looking for a Residential Estimator to join their close-knit team in Wakerley.

The Role:

This is a key role in the construction process, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates, BOQs, Variations and tender submissions for a range of residential projects — from standalone homes, to townhouses and apartment units.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential projects

Conduct quantity take-offs and generate Bills of Quantities

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants for pricing

Review architectural and engineering plans for accuracy and compliance

Assist in tender preparation and submission

What we're looking for:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in residential estimating

Proficiency in Buildertrend estimating software is highly desireable

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pricing

Excellent understanding of construction processes, codes, and materials

Good communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team
