Are you an experienced Estimator with a passion for custom residential construction? We’re working with a well-established builder in Brisbane who is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Estimator to join their growing team.

About the Role

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for custom home builds
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and client briefs
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing
• Work closely with the design, construction, and sales teams
• Ensure all estimates are accurate, competitive, and delivered on time

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years estimating experience in residential or custom home construction
• Strong knowledge of building practices, materials, and local regulations
• Proficiency in estimating software (Databuild, Buildxact, or similar)
• High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
