Cannington Mazda is seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Pre-Delivery and Yard Operations Coordinator.
This hands-on role plays a vital part in the smooth running of our dealership — ensuring every vehicle is received, prepared, and presented to the highest standard before delivery.

🚗 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the check-in, inspection, and organisation of incoming vehicle stock

Manage vehicle movement, parking, and display layouts across the yard

Prepare vehicles for delivery — including fueling, and quality checks

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional presentation of the dealership yard

Assist with minor site maintenance and general operational support

Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient vehicle flow

✅ About You

Hold a valid manual and automatic driver’s licence (essential)

Have a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Confident working independently and managing daily priorities

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

Previous automotive or logistics experience is highly regarded, but not essential
