Everyday Banking Operations Team Member - Cash & Transactional Banking

As a member of the Customer Maintenance and Payments team, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers regarding multiple functions managed by the team. The role includes processing customer payments, handling general account queries, and managing complex data. You will also be responsible for assisting vulnerable customers and providing urgent banking solutions for high-value clients.

Pay rate: $38.99 p/h + super
Contract Duration: 9 months initially
Location: Parramatta, NSW
