The Chief Operations Office (COO) is the engine room of a Leading Australian Financial Institution, ensuring the seamless delivery of services and support to millions of Australians. We're currently seeking dedicated and highly motivated Customer Service Specialists to join our team and play a vital role in upholding our commitment to exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
In this essential role, you won't just be answering calls-you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for:
Solving Complex Issues: Applying your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage, investigate, and resolve customer enquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
Customer Advocacy: Taking ownership of the customer journey, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate to ensure they have a positive outcome.
Operational Excellence: Working within defined procedures and regulatory frameworks, constantly looking for ways to improve processes for the benefit of the customer and the organisation.
Team Collaboration: Contributing to a high-performing and supportive team culture, sharing knowledge, and celebrating success.
What You'll Bring
Customer Obsessed: A track record of providing outstanding customer service, with the ability to show empathy and patience.
Resilient and Adaptable: Able to manage multiple priorities, handle challenging conversations with grace, and adapt quickly to change.
Strong Communicators: Excellent verbal and written skills, allowing you to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to data entry, record-keeping, and following compliance requirements.
Prior experience in financial services is a bonus, but not essential. We value attitude, aptitude, and a commitment to learning above all else.
