Your new role

Some of your responsibilities within a contact centre environment will include:

• Inbound and outbound calls
• Portfolio management
• Customer-focused collection calls to obtain arrangements
• Assessing hardship applications
• Using your negotiation skills to provide solutions to hardship accounts
• Ability to manage high-volume collection cases

Your skills and experience

• Collections/call centre experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong empathy and resilience
• Relationship management skills
• Self / time management skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Flexibility and availability for shift work
