Banking Operations Officer - Parramatta

As part of this Banking Operations team, you will be responsible for resolving complex account issues, processing high-value payments and delivering timely solutions for vulnerable or high-priority customers. The role requires clear judgment, fast decision-making and excellent attention to detail.

• Pay rate: $37-44 p/h + super (dependent on experience)
• Contract Duration: 9 months initially
• Location: Parramatta, NSW

What you'll bring

• Experience in banking operations, transactional processing, payments, or financial services preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a natural problem-solving mindset
• Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Experience in banking, payments, or a fast-paced operations role is highly regarded
• A genuine desire to help people and deliver quality outcomes
