About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning and Innovation, your responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering engaging online and blended learning experiences. This involves creating self-paced courses, webinars, and other educational content, collaborating with internal and external partners to assess training needs, and ensuring smooth delivery through the LMS. Located at Camberwell, the role also oversees the Learning and Innovation website, maintains online content, and supports ongoing product development to ensure learning experiences are evidence-based, outcomes-focused, and aligned with best practice in adult and online learning.
This role is located at Camberwell and is casual position. The base rate for this role is $64.12 per hour (with casual loading).
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Education, Learning Design, Instructional Design or a related field, with at least two years of experience in digital learning and working with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle.
- Proven ability to design and develop engaging online courses and content, applying best practice in adult learning, UX/UI design, and eLearning methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in training delivery.
