Nurse Leader - Client and Clinical Care Designer (Registered Nurse)

Nurse Next Door Bayside is looking for a passionate community nurse leader who wants to make a real difference in the Bayside location and positively impact the lives of people living with disabilities and/or challenges related to ageing.

Our focus is on Admiring People, supporting independent living in their own homes on their own terms. Our next Nurse Leader - Client and Clinical Care Designer will join our Leadership Team and assist in leading our amazing team of nurses and caregivers to make lives better during every client visit and work with us to ensure our clients remain happy and safe in their homes.

Our Clients' referrals come via direct hospital partnerships, direct community partnerships, NDIS referrals (Disability clients), HCP (Aged Care), from seeing our Pink Cars in the community (Private) and from word of mouth. This provides a variety opportunities, people to meet and some challenges along the way!

Your Next Leadership Adventure

When you join our team as our Care Designer, you will be responsible for planning, directing and evaluating all aspects of client care, leading our care ambassadors, nurses and caregivers and upholding the Nurse Next Door brand standards. You will inspire those around you to Make Lives Better and drive business growth at every opportunity. You will utilise your clinical skills to complete care at the highest level as required.

You will have input into your role development and our Clinical Governance processes. connect with your clients and care team to ensure clients care is reviewed and they are able to provide direct feedback. You will also build professional relationships with their multi-disciplinary team members.

Responsibility Summary;

Leadership : The highest standard of communication at all levels, excellent clinical documentation details and timing, knowledge and ability to follow all of Nurse Next Door Policies and Procedures, desire to provide support and mentoring to Nurses and Care team, insight to add meaningful input into Leadership Meetings to challenge, problem solve and find better ways to do things.

Demonstrated nursing team leadership experience with proven ability to manage and mentor clinical staff in a healthcare environment.

Business Development : Reports to the Director, Understands Key Metrics and individual KPI's, Ability to talk about Nurse Next Door's services to current and new clients to ensure they are able to access our care and grow our client base.

Healthcare business development experience with a track record of driving growth and establishing client relationships within the healthcare sector.

Client Experience : Responsible for day-to-day operations, Developing and overseeing Client Care Plans, Compliments & Complaints process, Clinical Governance Responsibilities, Auditing and Client Care plans (development and ongoing compliance).
