The Company:
people2people are very excited to partner with a leading Australian retail brand to recruit a Macro Space Planner. Reporting to the Macro Space Planning Manager, you'll deliver space plans across various projects and address space-related queries to achieve outcomes that best serve customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a well-established brand while growing professionally in a supportive environment.

About the role:
To succeed in this role, you will need to analyse data related to space recommendations and translate it into a space plan that aligns with the approved standards and blueprint, while delivering tailored solutions for customers. This role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration, with daily interactions with internal stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous professional experience in a data analytics, merchandising, engineering or space planning role.
• Experience in retail and FMCG is desirable.
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt space plans to new concepts and evolving business strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Tertiary qualifications.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Positive can-do-attitude, being able to think outside the box.
• Good prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• System skills: Blue Yonder is desired, but not essential.
