About the Role:

This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of inventory planning and supply chain coordination, particularly in a dynamic, high-volume environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance to maintain optimal stock levels, forecast demand, manage purchasing, and streamline logistics—both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate supplier and item master data

· Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align stock availability with campaigns and demand

· Analyse stock levels, sales data, and purchasing trends

· Prepare and deliver monthly demand forecasts and purchasing plans

· Place and manage orders with both local and overseas suppliers

· Oversee inbound logistics and ensure timely delivery to warehouse

· Drive supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the board

About You:

· Proven experience in inventory planning, supply chain coordination or similar roles

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Proficient in modern ERP systems and BI tools

· Comfortable working with large data sets, pricing structures, and multiple suppliers

· Solutions-oriented, organised, and collaborative

· Able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
