The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planner to join our Rosehill team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of products through our supply chain and maintaining strong service levels for our customers. You'll work closely with Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse teams to balance supply and demand, optimise inventory, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain supply plans to meet sales forecasts and customer demand

Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and replenishment cycles to ensure availability

Collaborate with Procurement and Suppliers to manage purchase orders and inbound shipments

Analyse sales and stock data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Support S&OP processes and provide input into forecasting accuracy improvements

Work with internal teams to resolve supply issues and maintain excellent service levels

About You

Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management (FMCG/wholesale/packaging industry experience highly regarded)

2-4 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management (FMCG/wholesale/packaging industry experience highly regarded)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite experience an advantage)

Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions, plus experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience an advantage)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with appropriate work rights
