James Nicolaou Real Estate is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team in Port Melbourne. This full-time role is responsible for managing a boutique size portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and renters receive exceptional service. You will be a key part of our thriving property management division, playing a vital role in the company's continued success.

What you'll be doing

· Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including units, apartments and houses

· Promptly address any renter queries or issues, and liaise effectively with both landlords and renters

· Oversee all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, from advertising vacancies to processing applications, bond management and arranging routine maintenance

· Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies

· Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and renters

· Contribute to the growth and profitability of the property management division

What we're looking for

· Minimum 5 years' experience as a Property Manager in the residential real estate sector

· Experience with Property Tree is preferred

· Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation

· Commercial real estate knowledge is preferred as there is a small handful of commercial properties included

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships

· Meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail

· A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

· A current Victorian Real Estate Licence
